Make sure your items are easily identifiable and secure.

We will be sending you labels to be attached to each item being shipped, it can be difficult to get anything to stick
to bags and suitcases and without the labels your bag becomes anonymous and difficult to trace.
The following tips may help:
- Use luggage tags showing VOOVit.com
- If you have VOOVit tape put this around the handle or anywhere it is likely to stick, even with only this "clue" the item should
find its way back to our offices rather than be left in lost property. Use plain tape and write your delivery address on it if you
don’t have VOOVit tape.
- In addition to sticking the labels to the item wrap the whole bag in cling film and then tape over that to hold it in place.
- Write your delivery address in pen or chalk on each item
